Lindsay and Justin walked into the real estate office. Looking around at the fliers they realized that most of the houses were way more fancy than they wanted. The continued to search and found a promising house ad and an add for condos they wanted to talk to the Realtor about.

The realtor walked out of her office and saw the two people.
"Hi there, were you looking for a house?"

"Hi," Lindsay replied to the Realtor cheerfully. "I'm Lindsay and this is Justin. We are looking for a house or an apartment that is relatively simple and inexpensive. Do you think you could help us?"

Lindsay held out the 2 ads she had seen. The first was for the house. Before giving the ad to the realtor she said, "We are very interested in this house.": 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath country home. Surrounded by a lovely setting of trees and a small town. Master bedroom and bath is upstairs in a loft and the 2 guest/child's bedrooms are on the first floor along with a simple kitchen, living room and full bathroom. The basement is currently storage with a half bath but would make a lovely game room. Dirt driveway and backyard fenced for dog(s).   |

"Oh this is a wonderful house, and relatively cheap though the location does toll a bit on the price." The realtor smiled sympathetically "$45,000, can you afford it?"

"That's great. " Lindsay smiled excitedly, "It fits into our budget just about perfectly. Who do I write the check to?"
